  • Eggplant Parmesan: Layers of thinly sliced Eggplant baked with Provolone and Tomato Sauce.
  • Chicken Parmesan: Served with Spaghetti.
  • Stuffed Peppers: A Green, Red, or Yellow Pepper stuffed w/Ground Beef, Onion, Oregano, Chili, Parmesan Cheese and Marinara.
  • Filet Oreganato: Slices of Beef Tenderloin broiled with Garlic, Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper and Scallions.
  • Grilled Pork Chops: Two 8oz chops topped with Onions, Mushrooms, Pepperoncini and Roasted Potatoes. A Little Spicy!
